This company is amazing! My house has a gorgeous view but the sun has also been a major issue for us. I called CHI and explained our situation and Ryan came out and accessed our problem. He was very knowledgeable and offered different options and we decided upon a motorized drop down screen.

Its exactly what we needed and during the afternoon when the sun it’s at its brightest we can bring it down and afterwards it retracts and its out of sight.

Their customer service and installation is top notch and several of my neighbors have already admired it and want one of their own. The installers were very clean and left it better than when they got here. Project number 2 is already in the works!
